As we go to air, the Wikileaks controversy continues to dominate the news, and we turn now to look at broader issues around the leaked material.

With the focus entirely on the personality and legal debacle of Julian Assange, the embattled whistle blower and arguably greater victim in all of this is PFC Bradley Manning, who has been locked in an isolation cell for the past seven months under extremely restrictive conditions which amount to torture. He is prevented from exercising in his cell and has been forcibly medicated with anti-depressants.

Bradley Manning is accused of being the source for the leaked Baghdad “Collateral Murder” video which thrust Wikileaks into the international spotlight in April 2010.

Meanwhile, there are ongoing questions regarding the integrity of Julian Assange because of his sweeping dismissal of 9/11 conspiracy theories. Here are his exact words as transcribed by Matthew Bell of the Belfast Telegraph on 19 July 2010: “I’m constantly annoyed that people are distracted by false conspiracies such as 9/11, when all around we provide evidence of real conspiracies, for war or mass financial fraud.”.

Michel Chossudovsky has probed into the origins of Wikileaks and observes the following:

Wikileaks’ geopolitical focus on “oppressive regimes” in Eurasia and the Middle East was “appealing” to America’s elites, i.e. it seemingly matched stated US foreign policy objectives. Moreover, the composition of the Wikileaks team (which included Chinese dissidents), not to mention the methodology of “exposing secrets” of foreign governments, were in tune with the practices of US covert operations geared towards triggering “regime change” and fostering “color revolutions” in different parts of the World.

Today we welcome to the show veteran broadcaster and media professional Anthony Lawson to discuss these matters and more. Anthony recently posted a video on youtube highly critical of Assange, suggesting that “if Julian Assange did not already exist then the CIA and Mossad would need to invent him”. This viewpoint, which is shared by a variety of independent researchers, stems from the observation that the bulk of material leaked seems to prop up US foreign policy objectives while leaving Israel completely untouched.

Remember the days when taking a commercial airline flight was an exciting, fun experience? Well those days are long gone, and the discomfort factor is set to get a whole lot worse. With the widespread introduction of naked body scanners and “enhanced patdowns” this year air travel in America has come to resemble a prisoner exchange program. Air travellers (including toddlers) can now expect to be groped during pat-downs, or threatened, hand-cuffed and sued if they refuse to submit to one of either mutagenic x-ray scans or hands-on molestation by airport security personnel.

The world’s largest pilot’s association has boycotted full-body scanners, while passengers have likened the new enhanced pat-down technique to “foreplay“. Indeed, the problem has got so bad that many air-travellers have now decided they would rather give up flying altogether than submit to these indecencies.

Tonight we bring you all the latest news from this unfolding debacle, including the hopeful signs that top legislators are now moving to have these violations of human rights legally abolished.

Also in tonight’s show we cover the latest incremental steps towards tyranny in Australia with new anti-terror amendments giving the police the ability to search your home without a warrant.

We also cover the Federal government’s last desperate push to ram a carbon tax down the throat of an increasingly uncooperative populace, and in doing so resorting to blatant bullying and direct threats, exemplified in a recent opinion piece by Julia Gillard in the Sydney Morning Herald titled “Carbon price now or we’ll pay later“.

The Oklahoma bombing revisited: interview with filmmaker Chris Emery

Before 9/11 there was the Oklahoma bombing - a devastating terrorist attack which killed 168 people, including 19 children under the age of 6. The attack took place on April 19, 1995 and was quickly pinned on Gulf War veteran Timothy McVeigh who, it is said, planned and executed the attacks with the help of one other man Terry Nichols.

McVeigh was found guilty on eleven counts of murder and conspiracy and was executed by lethal injection on June 11 2001.

It was also claimed that McVeigh was a survivalist and anti-government constitutionalist, claims which would forever stamp such dissident groups with the taint of mass murder.

McVeigh wore a printed T-shirt with the motto of the Commonwealth of Virginia, Sic semper tyrannis (”Thus always to tyrants”, which was shouted by John Wilkes Booth immediately after the assassination of Abraham Lincoln) and “The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants” (from Thomas Jefferson). - wikipedia

My guest today, Chris Emery, discusses his film “A Noble Lie” which exposes many of the inconsistencies and outright lies in the official OKC bombing story - one of the most glaring being the confirmed presence of multiple explosive devices in the building (see footage below).

A Noble Lie - Oklahoma City 1995

Noble Lie: a myth or untruth knowingly told by the elite to maintain social harmony, or the social position of that elite.

The 1995 bombing in Oklahoma City was a direct blow to the heart of America. 168 people were killed, including nineteen children. For years following the bombing, thousands of victims’ family members, survivors, rescuers, and ordinary Americans, have questioned the official explanation for that tragedy. Largely ignored by the government and censored by the mainstream media, these questions will not go away until history records the whole truth and justice is rendered for all.

A Noble Lie is the culmination of years of field research, interviews and investigative reporting conducted by independent journalists and ordinary citizens in their quest to find the truth. The new stolen generation

Australia is experiencing an epidemic of child abduction - but this is not the work of your average criminals. These crimes are being committed by the State, using words like “care” and “protection” as a justification. TNRA intends to run a series of interviews with victims of this criminal racket, and today we bring you the first installment.

Today we speak with Toni Clancy, whose son Zac was snatched from day care by the Department of Community Services (DOCS) last March. Since then there has been no court hearing. While accusations have been laid by the DOCS case workers, there has been no legal process.

Toni believes one of the reasons why her son was taken is that she declined to take a course of anti-depressants.

Toni’s mother Linda has provided the following additional information:

The psychologist DoCS sent my daughter to put my her through assessment for anger management, borderline personality disorder and drug and alcohol dependency. Those three assessments came back that my daughter does not have an issue with any of them.

The drug and alcohol counsellor that Toni is attending at DoCS insistence claims that Toni does not have a drug or alcohol addiction, yet only two weeks ago I was told that Toni has difficulties with drugs and alcohol, which is one reason why they will not look at restoring Zac to his mother.

A mental health assessment done by our local mental health team stated that the only problem Toni has at the moment is that her son has been taken from her and the emotions she is feeling are appropriate to the situation.

Toni is attending regular sessions with a counsellor who also backs Toni in her attempts to get her son back.

Also in the show today we cover the latest developments in eco-fascism, with a discussion of a shocking video released by the environmental organisation 10:10. The video depicts children being gruesomely murdered for refusing to participate in carbon reduction measures. Although this is superficially presented as comedy, there clearly is a dark threat here, and one which should not be taken lightly.

The video has now been removed from the 10:10 website, but multiple copies remain on the internet.

Vaccine watchdog group accused of “crimes against humanity”

Our lead story tonight is the controversy over the Australian Vaccination Network, with its founder Meryl Dorey accused of “providing inaccurate and misleading information and selectively quoting research out of context to argue against vaccination”.

The controversy erupted into the public eye after an ABC Lateline report earlier this week in which Nobel prize winning immunologist Professor Peter Doherty says that “denying children vaccines is a crime against humanity”.

The accusations come from a report by The New South Wales Health Care Complaints Commission (HCCC), which also found that the AVN harassed the parents of a child who died of whooping cough last year.

In the second half I am joined by Bronwyn Hancock of the Vaccination Information Service to analyze these developments.

Chemtrails: a closer look

In tonight’s show we start with some breaking news in relation to climate change and internet censorship, with the announcement that the government has back-flipped in both of these policy areas. We interpret this as a victory for the grass roots truth and justice movements!

In part 2 we return to a perplexing subject which has generated a great deal of discussion at truthnews.com.au.

What are those white trails in the sky? Is it a government conspiracy? Are they poisoning us? Is it geo-engineering? Is it weather modification? Or is it just harmless water vapour?

John Bursill, aircraft engineer, returns to TNRA to grapple with these questions.

For those who are chemtrail “believers” this show may be a disappointment. Our research has not come up with any tangible evidence that this is anything other than a natural phenomenon caused by factors such as air temperature and humidity. We also note that those who promote the chemtrail theory have been unable to get any experts on side with their ideas, and they also fail to produce evidence (other than photos of contrails) to support their claims. We note that measuring the amount of barium in a water supply tells is nothing about where that barium came from, and the use of such measurements as evidence is scientifically worthless.

If you disagree with our findings please present your evidence in a rational, scientific manner and we will give it our attention!

The virtue of selfishness

In tonight’s show we try to encourage you to be more selfish.

Why? Because it’s through selfishness that great things can be accomplished, such as the overthrow of tyranny, the vanquishing of superstition and cultish beliefs, and the improvement of the quality of life of the average person.

The libertarian philosophy starts with the premise that people are inherently good, and it follows that their selfish actions will in turn work for the betterment of humanity. This is in stark contrast to the cult of environmentalism, which is bent on suppressing our innate instincts in order to “save the planet”.

Selfishness, we suggest, is the key to innovation, creativity, and prosperity. It is by following our selfish desires that we will be motivated to stand up against the war mongers and the oligarchs who want to keep us all enslaved.

The coming mental health crackdown

We begin tonight with a look at the the latest developments in the climate change debate in Australia, with two top science bodies, the CSIRO and the Bureau of Meteorology, co-authoring a report titled “Climate Snapshot“, which is being described in the press as “a response to recent attacks on the science underpinning climate change”.

The report has already been criticised as politically motivated, with a Liberal Senator accusing the Federal Government of turning the CSIRO into a political puppet on the issue of climate change. TNRA takes a hard look at the key graphs in the report, with some startling results.

In the second half solicitor Rochelle Macredie joins us to discuss her concerns over proposed changes to mental health legislation which will mean that psychiatric patients committed to institutions against their will have to wait up to four weeks for a hearing into their detention, and the removal of Magistrates from the decision making process.

These changes amount to a gross violation of human rights.
