We begin tonight with a round-up of Australian and regional news, including the crisis in Thailand.
In the second half we welcome John Bursill, aircraft engineer and member of ae911truth.org who brings breaking news of the upcoming visit to Australia of Professor Niels Harrit. Professor Harrit is the lead author of a ground breaking research paper which demonstrates the presence of high tech exposive residue in dust from the collapsed World Trade Center.

In an effort to improve the quality of our news service we ran the show tonight with a tigher presentation format. We hope you enjoy the results!
Videos from Cyber Safety Day:
In the second half we bring you an interview with two members of the Australian Zeitgeist Movement and a discussion of the movement’s philosophical underpinning, the Venus Project:
The Venus Project presents a bold, new direction for humanity that entails nothing less than the total redesign of our culture. There are many people today who are concerned with the serious problems that face our modern society: unemployment, violent crime, replacement of humans by technology, over-population and a decline in the Earth’s ecosystems.
As you will see, The Venus Project is dedicated to confronting all of these problems by actively engaging in the research, development, and application of workable solutions. Through the use of innovative approaches to social awareness, educational incentives, and the consistent application of the best that science and technology can offer directly to the social system, The Venus Project offers a comprehensive plan for social reclamation in which human beings, technology, and nature will be able to coexist in a long-term, sustainable state of dynamic equilibrium. more…
A fascinating discussion - hope you enjoy it (:
One of the key topics in tonight’s show is the national movement against the Government’s impractical, costly and tyrannical policy of censorship of the internet, with various organisations holding events around the country on 6 March.
Please visit the We Are Change meetup page for information about the Sydney event.
Tonight we welcome Calem Smith to the show.
Calem, a long time TNRA listener, has compiled an impressive document which provides data and talking points on many of the key issues around anthropogenic climate change.
Titled “Nothing Pretty, Just Data“, the PDF document answers many key questions with data sourced from peer reviewed scientific journals.
We hope this document will be useful to activists and educators as we try to steer our country away from the economically crippling and anti-democratic effects of the Emissions Trading Scheme currently being debated in Federal Parliament.
During the show we further discuss a number of breaking stories and issues of the day which you can find in the related links section below.
We lead tonight with news that Google is pulling out of China, amid renewed threats from top US military figures against Iran. We analyse these developments with an eye to the bigger picture of geoplitical strategy and note that this is bound to strengthen ties between China and Iran, as the stand-off over Iran’s nuclear capability heightens.
We also bring you an excerpt from Gerald Celente’s trend forecast for 2010.
In the second half we take a look at some Australian stories, including new laws banning alcohol on Australia day, and government bans on “smoko breaks”.
It appears that the new paradigm of government is that the people must be influenced by any any all means to follow the wishes of the rulers, including, but not limited to the use of “behavioural modification” techniques from applied psychology.
We ask the question: is this in any way compatible with a free society?
To cheer you up, here’s a clip of Sarah McLachlan and a bunch of kids singing John Lennon’s Happy Xmas (War is Over):
In the first half of the show we run through the latest news in the climate change debate here in Australia and some highlights from the Copenhagen COP15 Conference.
In part 2 we bring you a detailed analysis of a startling story exposing fraudulent manipulation of raw weather data just published on wattsupwiththat.com. This article is of particular interest since it concerns Australia, and because it proves that the corruption of the scientific method in climate science goes far deeper than the “climategate” email scandal would suggest.
Also in tonight’s show, we look at the mounting evidence that the Federal Labor and Liberal parties are merely branches of the same organisation.
In the second half we bring you a review of Alex Jones’ latest production - “Fall of the Republic“, and we look at the disturbing prediction by U.S. Senator Ron Paul that the current economic “green shoots” will soon give way to a much deeper and darker recession, mirroring the pattern of the Great Depression.
A great show!
Tonight we look at a number of breaking stories from around the world, leading with Obama’s Nobel Prize win and the story that China is to take the lead on moves toward global carbon emission reductions.
In part 2 I have as my guest Emily Chesher who has extensive knowledge of nutrition and health issues. Emilly gives us some tips for dealing with the flu, and well as a number of suggestions for general health and well being.
In tonight’s program we continue our investigation of the Schapelle Corby case, which we began in an earlier podcast.
I have as my guest Schapelle’s uncle, Shun Hatton, who joins us from Darwin.
Tonight we examine in depth evidence which suggests that mainstream media organisations engaged in a deliberate campaign to discredit Schapelle and her family, and we present the startling revelation that this campaign of vilification was orchestrated at the highest levels of government, with active collusion from Australia’s public broadcaster the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC).
In particular we focus on the allegations made by investigative reporter John Stewart, in a Lateline program aired on 4 July 2008, which asserts that Schapelle’s father was involved in the drug trade. When originally broadcast these assertions were offered as “facts”.
The ABC later acknowledged that they “should have made it clear that these were allegations, not facts”, however this retraction did little to reverse the massive effect on public opinion caused by the original program.
Today marks the fifth anniversary of Schapelle’s incarceration in Bali. Her health is deteriorating rapidly. Clearly there is more than enough “reasonable doubt” in this case to warrant major diplomatic efforts to have Schapelle returned to Australia. Instead we have seen a carefully crafted campaign to turn public opinion against her - and the only plausible reason for this is political expediency.
We all suffer as a result of this assault on our democracy and human rights.
