This lady is obviously not getting the point, i wish i was on the radio with them to clarify. There seems to be a consensus amongst woman these days that, the only way for woman to be empowered is to take on the roll of the man which is absolutely ridiculous. This notion implies that woman are power less and somehow less important unless they have the power/roll of a man, they undermine them selves unwillingly. A perfect observation of this is woman in the work place, it implies that the only way for a woman to feel like she contributes to society and to be respected in society is to have a high ranking job which is nonsense how can you go past the importance of a house wife?
