Convoy of no confidence

"Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable" - these famous words of JFK are more resonant today than ever.

What can we do to bring about peaceful revolution? How can we stir the masses to stand up against the bullies and the tyrants? That is the theme of today's show.

In particular we look at the unfolding catastrophe in Libya and, on the domestic front, the rising tide of anger against the Labor government over the carbon tax which is due to be passed into legislation during this sitting of parliament.

Is it time to take action? If so, what form should that take?

This is an open question and we welcome comments and suggestions from our listeners.

we are assaulted at so many fronts it is difficult to focus on a particular course of action that can unite us all. your comments on civil disobedience excites me because I know that is the only way we can make these criminals listen. we do have the answers and the power but we are divided and instead of embracing our uniqueness we tend to find fault and that divides us. Anyway point I am trying to make is that more and more people are realizing that all is not well I do believe that either the carbon tax for australia could be a uniting cause and I do think that america should unite behind 911. Maybe here in australia we could all agree to not pay some levy or charge that the federal government charges as a form of protest if we could find something that is common that most of us pay that we have control of, i.e. compulsory income tax taken out of your wage before you get it.
If we could achieve even 70% of us what could they do put us all in jail, I don't think so, anyway for such a cause it would be an honour.
Keep up the good work and i hope some great ideas develop.

The Corporation Law needs to be looked at, as it stands now, they have to much power now.

Tony, We need to do this differently not the same way they treat us otherwise we are doomed to the same fate eventually ever cycling to the same end.
We are so much better than that we only need to realise that so that we can summon that potential.
